HMH Vision was founded by Hagen Helm following a career spanning senior operational and executive responsibility across international aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering and high-performance environments.
His experience includes senior roles with Mercedes-Benz High Performance Powertrains, Rolls-Royce and GE, together with CEO, COO, board, interim and advisory roles across many aerospace, defence and industrial organisations.
That background continues to shape HMH Vision's approach: understand the operational reality, focus on what matters and translate decisions into practical execution.
